Halloween DIY Kit, 5 Pieces
Five original pumpkins (jack-o'-lanterns) you don't need a knife for.
The pack contains five spun cotton pumpkins – each with a different shape and face – plus green foamiran hair and black plastic top hats. The faces are already printed; you just glue three pieces together. Each pumpkin takes about ten minutes.

Step-by-Step Instructions
How to Assemble the Pumpkin
Three pieces, two drops of glue. We also have the whole process photographed step by step on our blog.

Lay out the pieces. Five pumpkins, five green hairpieces and five little hats. Pick the pumpkin you want to start with – each one has a different face.

Apply glue to the top and wait. A small drop is enough. Let it set for about half a minute – then the bond holds instantly and the piece won't slide around.

Put on the hair, then the hat. Press the green foamiran die-cut around the top as hair and glue the hat on top of it. Press all the way around and hold for a moment.

Want a pick? Add a stick. Each pumpkin has a hole underneath; push in a stick with a drop of glue and the pumpkin instantly becomes a flower pot pick. Without the stick, it stays a table decoration.

Where to Put the Pumpkins
They look better as a group than one by one – that's why there are five in the pack.
Flower Pot Pick
With the stick, the pumpkin goes in among the plants on the windowsill. Two or three side by side at different heights look best.
For the Windowsill and Shelf
Five different shapes lined up next to each other look like a little family. Even the neighbors and trick-or-treaters will see them in the window.
For a Wreath or Branch
Pumpkins glued onto a fall wreath instantly turn it into a Halloween wreath. Just note – only for covered doors; the pumpkins aren't waterproof.

Do I have to draw the faces myself?
No, the faces on the pumpkins are already done, and each of the five has a different expression. All you have to do is glue the pumpkin, the green hair and the little hat together.
Is glue included in the pack?
No, please buy glue separately. Ordinary Herkules or Duvilax is enough, and even younger kids can handle them. Older kids can use a hot glue gun under supervision – then the bond holds instantly.
Can I hang the pumpkin on the front door?
Only in a covered spot. The pumpkins are made of paper, so they aren't waterproof – rain and long-term moisture aren't good for them. They'll last without any problem on a porch or in an entryway, but not on an uncovered door. Note that the pumpkins aren't UV-resistant; sunlight can fade them.
Will the pumpkins last until next year?
Yes, and that's their main advantage over a carved pumpkin. After the season, store them in a box in a dry place and dust them off with a soft brush. If the little hat or collar comes loose over time, simply glue it back on.
How many packs should I order for a preschool?
One pack is enough for five kids, so for a typical class of 25, plan on five packs. We issue invoices with payment terms to preschools, schools, municipalities and organizations – just enter the organization's name and its registration or tax ID number when you order.
