A bit about our history

In the Šluknov region where we're based, artificial flowers and decorations have been made for over a hundred years. Since 1996, we've continued this tradition as the family company CENTROFLOR and enthusiastically send our products to classrooms, workshops, and living rooms across Europe and overseas - the Czech Republic and Slovakia are our main markets, but our products travel as far as the USA.

What's in our creative arsenal? A few examples:

Cotton Balls

Various balls and other shapes made from cellulose (paper), which serve as a base for creating different figures (e.g., bodies, noses, snouts,...) or as decorative material (e.g., cotton eggs).

Printed Cotton Heads

Very popular material for creating figures. Just a pinecone, a leaf from a tree and our cotton head, and a new character comes to life.

Chenille Stems (Pipe Cleaners)

All the chenille stems in our range are not Chinese imports, unlike most sellers. We are among the last manufacturers of this product in Europe. Pipe cleaners are great for simple crafting, where children's imagination can develop beautifully without needing to use glue. Just ordinary scissors to cut different lengths.

Cotton Fruit and Mushrooms

The base of our berries is, like with cotton balls, cellulose (paper) and as the stem we use wire wrapped with paper of our own production. For the surface treatment of fruit we use colored food-grade gelatin. This fruit is suitable for interior decoration.

Stamens

Used for making artificial flowers, for example from foamiran, where our stamens are installed in the center of the flowers.
