Our hearts are made from clear acrylic, measuring 12 × 11 cm and 3 mm thick. The floral motif, photograph and lettering are UV printed on the back. A stand is always included in the price. The stand is made from the same clear acrylic, 3 mm thick.

With a photo, with words or ready to send

For a personalised heart, choose a floral motif and add your own message or one of our suggested dedications. A name and dates are optional. The photo version also includes your chosen photograph. We email a design proof within 2 working days of your order. Production starts only after your explicit approval, and we dispatch within 2–3 working days of approval. Ready-made hearts have a fixed design and dedication and are dispatched by the next working day.

Where to display your heart

The heart is intended for home or beside an urn in a sheltered columbarium. We do not recommend it for an exposed outdoor grave, where wind could tip over or carry away the lightweight heart and stand. We pack it carefully in bubble wrap and a box for delivery.

Your questions answered

Is a stand included?

Yes. Every heart comes with a stand; simply slot the heart into it. The heart itself is 12 cm wide, 11 cm high and 3 mm thick. The stand is made from the same clear acrylic, 3 mm thick.

Can I order a heart without a photograph?

Yes. Choose a heart with your own message or a ready-made heart with a fixed dedication. A name and dates are optional on personalised designs.

Can I use an old or lower-quality photograph?

Yes, upload it directly in the configurator. We will assess it and make adjustments where possible. You will see the result in the final design proof we send for approval before production.

When will I receive the proof and when will you send the heart?

For personalised orders, we email a design proof within 2 working days of your order. We produce the heart only after your explicit approval and dispatch within 2–3 working days of approval. Ready-made items are dispatched by the next working day.

What happens if I do not reply to the proof?

We will not make your heart without your explicit approval. If we do not hear from you, we may contact you to check that you received the proof. The production timescale starts when you approve it.

Can I place the heart on an outdoor grave?

We do not recommend using it on an exposed outdoor grave because wind could affect the stability of the lightweight stand. It is intended for home or beside an urn in a sheltered columbarium.

Is the design proof included in the price?

Yes. Both personalised versions include preparation of the design proof, and the photo version also includes photo adjustment. Ready-made designs cannot be changed and do not require proof approval.

Which languages are printed on ready-made hearts?

Ready-made hearts are available with Czech or Slovak dedications. Choose the printed language on the product page; changing the website language does not translate the physical inscription. For other wording, choose a personalised heart.
